Optisize NEXT Thermostable amylase for textiles desizing
DESCRIPTION
Optisize®NEXT enzyme is a liquid-formulated alpha amylase for textiles desizing.
Due to its outstanding performance at application temperatures ranging from 70°C (158°F) to 110°C (230°F) and good heat stability, Optisize® NEXT enzyme is the ideal amylase to use for desizing fabrics sized with starch, starch derivatives or blends of starch and other synthetic materials.
The formulation of Optisize® NEXT has been designed to accommodate further addition of a variety of chemical auxiliaries in order to assist our customers in differentiating their desizing product line.
Genencor uses state-of-the-art biotechnology methods. Optisize® NEXT contains a bacterial amylase enzyme that is produced by a genetically modified micro-organism. The enzyme is produced in a natural fermentation process and is biodegradable.
